We are seeking a Deckhand who is a certified Kitesurfing Instructor to join a private 30m yacht early next year. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate kite surfer to become part of a program that places a strong emphasis on kitesurfing and water sports.
Yacht details:
- The vessel is based in the UAE so you must be happy to be based there whilst onboard.
- It is only used for day trips so the owner can go kitesurfing so there are no overnight stays for the guests.
- Great, multicultural team onboard of 4-5 crew. It is a young, fun dynamic.
Candidate requirements:
- Ideally you'll be a certified and experienced Kite Surfing Instructor
- Yacht experience is preferred, but not essential
- It will be a bonus if you have videography/drone skills
- Must hold a PBL2
- 38 days leave
- 3,000 to 4,000 Euros -/+ DOE
- Start date will be January 2026, perfect for those with notice periods to work or those that want to be home for Christmas.
