DECKHAND 65M MY:
We are currently looking for a Deckhand to join a busy dual-season charter program. The vessel typically cruises the Med and Caribbean with a busy charter schedule and light boss usage. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a supportive, family-style crew with incredible longevity and genuinely outstanding owners, who care about the vessel and crew. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, confident on deck, and ready to hit the ground running.
Candidate requirements:
- Minimum of 1.5 - 2 years experience
- Capable and confident at driving tenders
- Yachtmaster or Yacht Rating – not essential but beneficial
- PWC instructor certificate – highly desirable
- Additional skills, such as DJ'ing or Videography will be advantageous (open to candidates with less experience if you've got an extra skill)
- B1/B2 visa preferred (not essential)
- Male candidates only due to cabin arrangements
Package:
- Salary: $3,750 DOE
- Leave: 73 days per year (runs close to a 4:1 rotation)
- Bonus: 13th month (based on longevity)

- Flights: 2 x return flights per year
