ROTATIONAL CHIEF STEW/INTERIOR MANAGER 100M+
We are seeking an experienced Chief Stew/Interior Manager to join a busy dual season 100m+ private/charter yacht. This is a high-profile program with a strong crew culture, a large interior department, and a charter-focused schedule.
The role:
• 100m+ recent build
• Busy private/charter program
• Dual-season (Med/Caribbean)
• Busy back-to-back charter program in the Med, charters in Caribbean but a bit slower.
• Interior team of 14
• Start date: early February
What we’re looking for:
• Proven experience in a Chief Stew/Interior Manager role on a 70m+ - at least 18 months.
• Confident managing a large interior team and maintaining high standards
• Strong charter background and experience leading service during busy periods
• Calm, organised, and able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
• Professional leadership style with a focus on team culture
