We are seeking a Chief Stewardess to lead an interior team onboard a private 50m MY that travels extensively off the beaten track. The 50m is accompanied by a 55m support vessel and is actively cruising in Costa Rica, Panama, and Mexico, with a potential yard period scheduled in San Diego for Spring 2024.
The team onboard is a close-knit family with a lot of longevity. The crew are active and enjoy the off-the beaten track destinations, with lots of watersports.
This program values committed team members; their current Chief Stewardess has been an integral part of their team for 4.5 years. They are seeking someone to take over her position by the end of the year (very likely after Christmas) who is also looking for a long-term commitment.
Candidates will ideally hold prior experience as a Chief Stew or we will consider highly competent 2nd Stews with leadership experience. We are looking for someone enthusiastic & eager who is passionate about training their team to a high standard. This is a hands-on position involving housekeeping and service, with a strong focus on mentoring the interior team.
On top of leading the interior and ensuring the guests have an unforgettable experience, the Chief stew is also responsible for communicating plans, uniform orders and coming up with fun things for all the crew to do on days off.
- The successful candidate will have a handover & ongoing support from departing Chief Stewardess.

- All Interior are on a 3:1 package (even juniors) so allows for a fresh, energetic team.
