Chase Boat Captain 55ft Wajer
We are looking for a Chase Boat Skipper to join a private/charter MY mid December. The mother vessel is a 90m+ motor yacht and the Chase boat is a Wajer 55ft built in 2021.
This is a dual season programme - the vessel will be heading to the Caribbean this winter before crossing back to the Med for Summer 2024. Currently the Chase Boat is with Wajer for the winter undertaking its annual service in France.
To be considered, you must hold a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the industry and a minimum of 1 years' experience serving as skipper on similar size vessels. A Yacht Master Ocean Commercially Endorsed is essential, and an OOW 3000 CoC would be advantageous.
During in-service times the role consists of providing the highest level of service directly to the Owner and his guests. When not in-service the Chase Boat Skipper will be required to assist on the mother vessel. The candidate will also need to participate as Chase Boat Skipper during owners trips in the Caribbean and third party charters if required.
Accommodation will generally be on the chase boat when in operation, but will also include other forms of accommodation such as onboard the mother vessel or hotels.
Leave: 120 days annual leave split in minimum two periods depending on vessel’s operational requirements.
Salary: 4500 Euros DOE.

Start date: 15th December.
