2ND STEWARDESS 75M+

We have a busy private vessel seeking a confident 2nd Stewardess to join their well established team before the next guest trip in late November. The vessel runs a dual season program between the States/Bahamas and the Med with a lot of owner usage.

The crew onboard are a close-knit team who are very social and enjoy activities together; crew dinners, end of season parties but also fitness activities; boxing classes, and outdoor adventures.

There is a lot of longevity onboard, hence we are looking for someone who is a natural leader, confident in the ability as 2nd, organised, motivated/motivating, kind, patient, empathetic who can gently ease into the team dynamic, learning the ways with the support of the two Chief Stewardesses who are on rotation. The team also like to create a fun and positive dynamic onboard, so we are looking for someone bubbly with a good energy and sense of humour! A rewarding program with great owners. It's not a slow program, so 'hard working' is a must!

The vessel rewards longevity and often promote within so they are looking for a committed individual.

Candidates will need to have at least a solid seasons experience in the 2nd Stewardess role onboard 65m+ with excellent references to support this. We will only be considering those with a minimum of 3 years in the industry. The team runs with 9 Interior (comprised of 4 service, 3 housekeepers, 1 housekeeper/masseuse, 1 laundryman) which includes a HOH which allows the 2nd Stew to focus on Service when guests are onboard. The service team is composed of Chief, 2nd Stew and 2 service stews who are growing into their positions.

*(B1B2 HOLDERS ARE PREFERRED BUT WE WILL ALSO CONSIDER THOSE WITHOUT)
