2ND STEWARDESS 70M+ MY
Well-established 70m+ private/charter MY seeking an experienced and confident 2nd Stewardess to join end of April. This is a structured interior of nine with a busy dual program, suited to someone senior, organised, and ready to take ownership across departments.
The role:
• Lead service operations and maintain high guest standards
• Oversee housekeeping and support daily workflow
• Supervise laundry operations and standards
• Manage interior administration and inventory control
• Assist with yard periods and contractor coordination
• Support and guide junior crew within an interior team of nine
• Start date: End of April
• 2:2 rotation
• B1/B2 visa preferred
What we’re looking for:
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in the yachting industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Confident running service and supporting all interior departments
• Organised, detail-focused, and commercially aware
• Calm, professional approach during busy charter periods
• All standard yachting certificates
