We are seeking a Tender Deckhand to join a 55ft Wajer for the summer season, operating as part of a 75m private MY program. This is a temporary position running from 1st June to 1st August, suited to a capable deckhand with strong tender handling skills.
The role:
• Assist with the operation of a 55ft Wajer, supporting guest transfers and day-to-day tender operations.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation onboard the tender.
• Assist during passages and support general running and upkeep of the vessel.
• Work closely with the Tender Captain and liaise with the 75m mothership crew.
• Mediterranean cruising itinerary.
• Majority of nights spent in port, living onboard the Wajer full-time.
• Contract dates: 1st June - 1st August.
What we’re looking for:
• Yachtmaster or higher.
• Experience driving larger tenders.
• Previous experience on 60m+ yachts preferred.
• Hands-on, reliable, and team-oriented.
• Confident working in a guest-facing environment.
