We are seeking a Tender Captain to join a 75m private MY for the summer season, operating a 55ft Wajer. This is a temporary position running from 1st June to 1st August, ideal for an experienced candidate confident managing a high-performance tender in a guest-focused environment.
The role:
• Operate and manage a 55ft Wajer as part of a 75m MY program.
• Responsible for safe navigation, guest transfers, and day-to-day tender operations.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and upkeep of the tender.
• Work closely with the mothership and deck team to ensure smooth guest operations.
• Mediterranean cruising itinerary.
• Majority of nights spent in port, living onboard the tender full-time.
• Contract dates: 1st June – 1st August.
What we’re looking for:
• OOW, Yachtmaster Ocean, or Master 200GT Unlimited.
• Previous experience operating large tenders such as Wajer or VanDutch.
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Confident, professional, and guest-focused.
• Strong seamanship and operational awareness.
