We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to cover a period of leave on a busy 60m+ private/charter yacht. This could also lead to a longer-term rotational Head Chef opportunity for the right candidate.
The role:
• Work closely with an experienced Sous Chef
• Deliver high-quality guest food and manage the smooth running of the galley department
• Private/charter program with an upcoming charter already booked
• Start date: last week of August
• Minimum two-week commitment, with potential to extend up to eight weeks depending on availability
What we’re looking for:
• Proven Head Chef experience on similar-sized yachts
• Previous charter experience strongly preferred
• Confident, organised, and adaptable
• Able to work collaboratively within a galley team of two
