100m+ private dual season motor yacht seeking a Stewardess to join a welcoming and established interior team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced stew looking to join a busy programme with a strong team culture, structured rotation, and exciting long-term cruising plans.
The role:
• Rotational position between housekeeping and service
• Support busy guest operations with minimal turnaround between trips
• Hit the ground running and integrate quickly into the interior team
• Assist in maintaining exceptional standards throughout guest areas
• Start date: 1st August 2026
What we’re looking for:
• Minimum 1 full season of yachting experience
• Confident across both housekeeping and service
• Professional, proactive, and adaptable approach
• Strong attention to detail and positive team attitude
• Able to perform well in a busy guest programme
• B1/B2 visa preferred
• Schengen visa preferred
• Valid ENG1 or Seafarer's Medical Certificate
• All standard yachting certifications
