A fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef to join a busy 65m+ dual-season charter yacht with a wonderful onboard team and strong crew culture. This is a great role for a chef who enjoys both crew and guest cooking within a professional, fast-paced galley environment.
The role:
• Preparing high-quality meals for both crew and guests
• Supporting the Head Chef during busy charter operations
• Maintaining excellent galley organisation, cleanliness and consistency
• Working within a collaborative and positive galley team of 2
• Start date: within the next few weeks, joining before mid June
What we’re looking for:
• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Crew Chef background
• Confident creating delicious and healthy crew food solo
• Organised, adaptable and calm under pressure
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Comfortable working within a busy environment
