Sous Chef 60m
We are seeking a Female Sous Chef with at least 1 busy seasons' experience onboard 40m+ vessels.
Candidates must hold a B1 visa. A Ships Cook Cert would be advantageous.
The Sous Chef onboard is responsible for Crew food and assisting the Head Chef with guest food when required. We are ideally seeking candidates who have strong pastry and baking skills.
This vessel runs a very busy dual season, private/charter program, cruising between the Med and the Caribbean. Typically, 8-9 weeks of charter in the Med plus approx. 3-4 weeks in the Caribbean + owners’ trips. Repeat Charter Clients!
Start date: 1st week October in the States

Salary USD DOE + equal share in tips
