SOUS CHEF 120M+ MY
A unique role for a Sous Chef to join a privately run 120m+ motor yacht. Working within a talented team, you will work to produce outstanding food for the guests onboard with a Senior Sous and Head Chef above you.
The role:
• Assist with guest operations and cook a variety of cuisines to a high level.
• Maintain organised systems and consistency throughout the galley
• Work collaboratively within a structured and diverse culinary team
• Private dual-season program
• Start date: June 2026
What we’re looking for:
• Past experience in a similar role on 120m+ vessels or, as a Head Chef on smaller vessels
• Strong restaurant background and/or formal culinary training advantageous
• Professional, driven and able to guide the more junior members of the galley team.
