SOLE STEWARD/ESS 27M MY
Private/charter MY seeking an experienced Sole Steward/ess to join ASAP for the remainder of the season. This is a hands-on role offering plenty of variety, combining full responsibility for the interior with some deck duties.
The role:
• Manage the entire interior to a high standard
• Approximately 80% interior and 20% deck responsibilities
• Assist on deck with lines, mooring and anchoring
• Deliver excellent service during both owner and charter trips
• Work independently while maintaining exceptional presentation throughout the vessel
• Seasonal contract through to the end of October
• Start date: ASAP
• Vessel is normally based in Palma.
What we're looking for:
• Minimum 3+ years of yachting experience
• Previous experience as a Sole Steward/ess or in a similar role preferred
• Strong interior skills with a keen eye for detail
• Previous deck experience is essential
• Charter experience preferred
• Able to join a busy program and hit the ground running
• Preferably already be based in Europe
• All standard yachting certifications
