We have a 40m MY seeking a Sole Chef/Captain team to join them. The vessel operates between the Med and Caribbean with both private and charter use. This is a great opportunity for talented couple who would like to find a long term new challenge.
The role:
• Managing all galley operations as Sole Chef onboard, cooking for 10 crew as well as guests.
• Delivering high-quality, varied cuisine tailored to guest preferences
• Maintain consistency with crew food
• Performing under pressure during busy charter periods
What we’re looking for:
• Proven experience as a yacht Sole Chef
• Strong charter background
• Confident working independently
• Creative, adaptable and highly organised
• Ability to cater to diverse dietary requirements with ease
• Start date is to be confirmed but will be within the next month
