120m+ private motor yacht seeking an experienced Service Stewardess to join a highly skilled service team ahead of a busy season. This is an exceptional opportunity for a service-focused stew looking to develop top-level hospitality skills within an ultra-high-end private programme.
The role:
• Join a strong and experienced service team onboard
• Deliver extremely high-end formal service
• Service styles include Silver Service, Synchronised Service, Family Style, and Teppanyaki Service
• Work closely with guests who are passionate about fine food, wine, sake, coffee, tea/matcha, and cocktails
• Extensive onboard and external service training provided
• Start date: June
• Schengen visa preferred
What we’re looking for:
• 2 years+ yachting experience in service-focused roles on 80m+ vessels
• Strong formal service knowledge and willingness to learn
• Passion for hospitality, food, and beverage service
• Professional, polished, and guest-focused presentation
• Positive attitude with strong attention to detail
• Able to thrive in a high-standard, fast-paced environment
• All standard yachting certifications
