100m+ private motor yacht is seeking an experienced Service Stewardess to join the interior team at the end of August. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly professional programme with exceptional training and development, offering long-term progression into a senior role for the right candidate.
The role:
• Deliver exceptional guest service across formal and informal dining
• Confidently carry out silver service, synchronized service, and family-style dining
• Prepare coffees, cocktails, and assist with wine service to a high standard
• Join a busy private programme and hit the ground running during an active guest season
• Opportunity to progress into a senior service role after a few months onboard
• Start date: End of August
What we’re looking for:
• Minimum 1.5 years' experience in a service role on 90m+ yachts
• Proven longevity in previous positions
• Strong high-end hospitality background
• Confident with barista skills, cocktail preparation, and wine service
• Experienced in silver service, synchronized service, and family-style dining
• Positive, hardworking, and adaptable attitude
• Professional with a vibrant personality and strong team ethic
• Able to learn quickly and perform in a fast-paced environment
• Schengen visa preferred
