An exciting opportunity for a Third Chef to join a new build 100m+ yacht with a strong, collaborative galley team and a structured 2:2 rotation.
The role:
• Preparing healthy, varied meals for 35+ crew
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and efficiency in the galley
• Working within a supportive, team-focused galley environment
• Dual-season program with a very busy schedule - please note there will be lots of guest trips within this role
• Start date: early to mid-July, perfect for those with notices to work or commitments
What we’re looking for:
• Ideally previous experience on 80m+ yachts
• Confident cooking for large crew numbers
• Formal culinary training and/or strong restaurant background preferred
• Pastry skills advantageous
• Positive, team-oriented approach with a willingness to learn
