We are seeking a Head Chef from a smaller vessel or a Sous Chef from a similar sized vessel to step into this Head Chef role. You will be working under the Executive Guest Chef in a team of 3. Candidates need to have at least 1 year on a vessel but a solid fine dining restaurant background at Head or Sous Chef level - at least 5 years.
This is a busy private/charter yacht with a dual season (Med/Caribbean).
Start date: late August / early Sept
Salary: 6000 Euros + (negotiable for the right candidate)
