A great opportunity for an experienced Chef to join a 50m+ privately owned yacht for the upcoming winter season. With interesting cruising plans and a lovely crew onboard - this will suit a motivated Chef looking for their new adventure.
The role:
• Preparing varied, healthy and high-quality meals for 13 crew
• Assisting the travelling Chefs during owner trips - you will work closely with them to deliver the highest level of guest food.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient working space
• Private program with typically shorter owner trips
• Asian based cruising - definitely an adventure for someone used to the usual milk run!
• Start date: Mid October
What we’re looking for:
• Previous experience in a similar role onboard
• Strong culinary background - ideally to a Michelin or Rosette level
• Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude
• Strong team player with a proactive mindset
