We are seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess to join a 60m dual-season private/charter vessel with an established, high-performing crew and program.
The role:
• Start date: late May 2026
• Rotation: 2:2
• Lead an interior team of 6
• Rotational position working alongside a long-standing Chief Stewardess
• Busy dual-season programme across the Med, US and Bahamas
• Hands-on leadership role with some additional Purser responsibilities
• Positive, social team environment with strong onboard dynamic
What we’re looking for:
• Proven experience as Chief Stewardess, ideally on 60m+ vessels
• Charter experience
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage an established team
• Organised, confident and seeking a long-term role (2+ years)
