LEAD SERVICE STEWARDESS 90M+ MY
An exciting opportunity to join a busy 90m+ private/charter MY with a dual-season Med and Caribbean program. This is a fast-paced, guest-focused role suited to an experienced Service Stewardess ready to step into a lead position within a dynamic interior team.
The role:
• Lead service onboard, delivering high standards
• Support bar service and cocktail preparation within a busy, guest-facing environment.
• Support and guide junior interior crew, leading by example during service.
• Maintain exceptional presentation and attention to detail across all service areas.
• Busy private/charter program with strong guest interaction.
• Dual-season itinerary: Caribbean winters and Mediterranean summers.
• Start date: mid to late April.
What we’re looking for:
• Minimum 4 years’ yachting experience, ideally across a mix of vessel sizes.
• Strong service experience
• Confident mixologist with excellent cocktail knowledge and bar service skills.
• Bubbly, outgoing personality with a natural ability to engage with guests.
• Professional, organised, and calm under pressure during busy charters.
• Strong team player with leadership ability and a proactive approach.
