70m+ private explorer motor yacht is seeking a Junior Stewardess to join the interior team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an adventurous, off-the-beaten-track programme, ideal for a motivated stewardess looking to build on their experience while rotating across all areas of the interior.
The role:
• Rotational role between housekeeping and service
• Maintain high standards throughout guest areas and interior operations
• Support owner trips and day-to-day interior duties
• Assist between the vessel and the owner's villas and properties as required
• Explorer programme with an exciting worldwide, off-the-beaten-track itinerary
• Start date: 20th July 2026
What we’re looking for:
• Minimum one full season of yachting experience
• Confident rotating between housekeeping and service
• Happy to work both onboard and at the owner's villas and properties
• Positive, proactive, and hardworking attitude
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Team-focused with a flexible approach
