JUNIOR SOUS CHEF 130M+ MY
A great opportunity for a Sous Chef looking step up into a large team and take on more responsibility. This is a private 130m+ motor yacht that operates a dual season program.
The role:
• Assist with guest operations whilst also acting as a senior chef within the crew galley
• Act as a strong support to the senior team (made up of a Sous Chef, Senior Sous and Head Chef)
• Work collaboratively within a talented team who like to create a positive galley environment
• Start date: July 2026
What we’re looking for:
• Past experience in a similar role on 100m+ vessels or, you could also be as a Sous Chef from a smaller vessel looking to step up, you will ideally have proven longevity in your previous role.
• Strong restaurant background and/or formal culinary training required
• Motivated, knowledgeable and able to guide junior team members.
