An excellent opportunity for a Head Chef to join a well-run 80m+ MY private/charter yacht with respectful, down-to-earth owners and a strong onboard culture. This is a collaborative role suited to a team-focused leader who enjoys mentoring others while delivering varied, high-quality cuisine.
The role:
• Leading all galley operations and maintaining high culinary standards onboard
• Creating varied menus with a strong focus on Asian cuisine as per the owner's preferences
• Managing provisioning, budgeting, and overall galley organisation
• Mentoring and developing junior crew within the galley team
• Working closely with the interior to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Frequent guest trips with owners who often dine ashore during the summer season
• Start date: early July
• Ship’s Cook certificate required

• Proven experience as a Head Chef on similar-sized yachts
• Strong all-round culinary ability with confidence across multiple cuisines
• Team player with a collaborative and mentoring leadership style
• Organised, adaptable and calm under pressure
• Positive attitude with strong communication across departments
