A private estate in the West of Ireland is seeking an experienced Head Butler to join on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a polished hospitality professional to oversee front-of-house operations and lead a dedicated household team within a prestigious private residence.
The role:
• Lead and manage the day-to-day household operation
• Oversee a team of 6, including housekeepers, chefs, and a junior butler
• Deliver exceptional butler service and maintain the highest hospitality standards
• Coordinate household schedules, guest arrivals, events, and daily operations
• Act as the main point of contact for the principals and household staff
• Ensure the smooth running of the estate at all times
• Permanent position
• Start date: end of June onwards
• Accommodation provided
What we're looking for:
• Extensive private household and butler experience
• Previous experience managing household staff and operations
• Exceptional service standards and attention to detail
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Professional, discreet, and proactive approach
• Must have the correct visa to live and work in Ireland
• Full Drivers Licence
