We are looking for a Deckhand to join an established 90m private/charter yacht with a dual-season Med/Caribbean program. This is a busy, well-run vessel seeking an enthusiastic, hands-on candidate who enjoys an active lifestyle and working as part of a professional deck team.

The role/program:
• Full Deckhand position supporting all exterior operations, maintenance, and guest activities
• Start date: ASAP ideally (end of September latest)
• Private and light charter program
• Dual-season Med/Caribbean itinerary

What we’re looking for:
• Minimum 1 year of experience on 50m+ motor yachts
• Yacht Rating - essential
• Yachtmaster - preferred but not essential
•  Strong tender driving experience 
• B1/B2 and Schengen visa required
• Additional skills/qualifications a bonus (e.g. Carpentry, Water Sports Instructor, Drone Pilot, Divemaster)
• Active, fit, and health-focused individual

What’s on offer:
• Salary: 3200 Euros (DOE)
