We are seeking a Deckhand to join a 75m private yacht operating a dual-season program. The vessel has just completed her Med season and is now heading to the States for a short shipyard period before continuing to the Caribbean for the winter.

What we’re looking for:
• Minimum 1 year of experience on similar-sized yachts
• Open to less experience if you had a trade background
• Yachtmaster offshore - preferred but not essential
• Candidates who value longevity and enjoy an active, world-cruising program
• Surf experience will be advantageous
• B1/B2 visa - preferred but not essential
• Open to male candidates due to cabin arrangements

What’s on offer:
• Salary: 3500-3800 USD
• Leave: 5:1 rotation for the first year, then 3:1
• Start date: October (flexible)
