We are seeking a Deckhand to join a 100m+ private Sailing Yacht operating an adventurous, off-the-beaten-track Pacific cruising program. This is a hands-on role offering strong sea time, varied cruising, and the chance to experience remote destinations as part of a well-established team.
The role/program:
• Full deckhand position supporting all exterior operations and maintenance.
• Pacific cruising program with an exciting itinerary.
• Crew will have opportunities to enjoy destinations during downtime.
• Start dates: ASAP or late May / early June (two positions available).
What we’re looking for:
• Ideally 1 year of yachting experience; strong candidates with less experience considered if they have a solid boating or sailing background.
• Sailing experience preferred but not essential (dinghy or small boat experience beneficial).
• Yachtmaster or EDH preferred but not essential.
• Varnishing experience - highly beneficial.
