We have a 45m private/charter MY seeking an Deck/Stew to join ASAP. This is a newly purchased yacht preparing to launch a busy charter program in the United States. The vessel will operate in the States for the next year before repositioning to the Mediterranean, transitioning into a more typical dual-season private/charter program.
The role/program:
• Dual role split between Deck and Interior.
• Plans to be a busy charter program based in the United States, with future Mediterranean operations.
• Start date: ASAP (flexible for the right candidate).
What we’re looking for:
• Previous yachting experience preferred (minimum 6-12 months).
• Open to male or female candidates.
• B1/B2 visa required.
What’s on offer:
• Salary: DOE (paid in Euros)
• Leave: 40 days.
• US-based charter program transitioning into a dual-season private/charter program next year.
