We are seeking a Captain (must be in a Captain/Chef or Captain/Chief Stew couple) to join a 40m private/charter MY operating a dual-season program between the Med and Caribbean. They require strong leadership, organisation, and charter experience.
The role:
• Start date: around the 25th May
• Overall command and safe operation of a 40m MY across private and charter use.
• Lead all onboard operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day running and high guest standards.
• Manage all administrative responsibilities including compliance, paperwork, and operational organisation.
• Oversee crew management, fostering a positive, professional, and team-focused environment.
• Dual-season program operating between the Med and Caribbean.
• Ensure the vessel runs efficiently and delivers a seamless guest experience across all trips.
• B1/B2 visa preferred.
What we’re looking for:
• Minimum Master 500GT (essential).
• Previous Captain experience on a similar-sized yacht.
• Strong charter background with the ability to manage a busy dual-season program.
• Calm, confident leader with strong decision-making and communication skills.
• Highly organised with excellent administrative and paperwork management ability.
• Team-focused with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain a positive crew dynamic.
• Must be in a Captain/Chef or Captain/Chief Stew couple.
